I injured myself in 2019 due to poor form, and since then I've been focused on helping others avoid similar setbacks. That's why I create guided tutorial videos that demonstrate 'proper' form, or close to it, and include clear instructions to help you practice movements confidently—so you can hit the gym without ever feeling nervous or self-conscious.
This is NOT a finalized product. This is just the beginning, and I hope to be able to take genuine user input and release it with future updates to cater to your routines and much more. Just as we aim to grow and improve in the gym we hope to grow our user base and improve our app overall, so please don't hesitate to help out with that goal.
